Motorcycle verification process

Your money. Your bike. Both protected.

Every feature on CoQS exists because something can go wrong in a private motorcycle sale. Fake listings. Bad titles. Bounced payments. No-show buyers. We built protections for all of it.

How we verify every listing.

1

Seller identity verification

Every seller's identity is confirmed before their listing is reviewed.

2

Evidence submission

Sellers upload 12+ photos, videos, and title documentation.

3

AI analysis

Our system reviews the evidence for completeness, consistency, and red flags. It generates a COQ Score, description, and known issues checklist.

4

Admin review

A human admin reviews the AI's work, checks for fraud indicators, and approves or rejects the listing.

5

COQ Score assignment

The final score (0-100) is published on the listing so buyers know exactly how verified the bike is.

No listing goes live without passing all five steps.

How escrow protects your money.

When a buyer wins an auction, their payment goes into escrow — a neutral third-party account. The money stays there until:

  1. 1The motorcycle is shipped by the seller.
  2. 2The buyer receives and inspects the bike.
  3. 3The title transfer is completed through KeySavvy.
  4. 4The buyer confirms delivery.

Only then is the seller paid. If something goes wrong, the buyer's money is protected.

This is not optional.

Every CoQS transaction uses escrow. There is no "pay the seller directly" option.

Clean titles. No surprises.

CoQS partners with KeySavvy to handle title transfer on every transaction. KeySavvy:

Verifies the title is clean (or properly disclosed as salvage/rebuilt/lien)
Manages all state-specific paperwork
Coordinates lien payoff when applicable
Ensures the buyer receives a clean title in their name

You never have to figure out your state's DMV requirements. KeySavvy handles it.

Activity loggingEvery auction action is logged for dispute resolution and transparency.

What if something goes wrong.

If a buyer receives a motorcycle that doesn't match the listing, or if a seller doesn't ship after payment, CoQS's dispute process kicks in:

1The affected party files a dispute through their dashboard.
2CoQS reviews the auction activity log, listing evidence, and communication.
3If the dispute is valid, escrow funds are returned to the buyer or released to the seller as appropriate.
4All decisions are documented and final.
